What is the Parts Integration process?

Emotional experiences throughout life can result in the creation of ‘Parts’ at the level of the unconscious mind. These Parts generate their own values and beliefs and are responsible for certain behaviours. Overwhelming feelings and reactions, as well as out of control behaviours are the result of ‘Conflicting Parts’. This is, therefore, why we can feel an internal conflict that keeps us stuck and can make it difficult to make a decision.

The NLP Parts Integration technique creates harmony between Parts of the unconscious mind, so that their values are in alignment. A person with ‘Integrated Parts’ is more congruent, empowered and clear in their decisions and actions.

Whether it is a bad habit or an important decision it is the inner conflict you are experiencing that prevents you from acting in the right way. At some point in our lives, we may run into a conflict where a part of us wants to do something while another part of us wants to do the opposite.

Parts integration is a technique, which allows us to integrate parts at an unconscious level by assisting each ‘side’ to traverse logical levels by chunking up to find a higher level of intention and wholeness.
